Create beautiful Brenda Brimstone Butterfly in pastels – Fri 30 May 7.00pm
Are you up for a fabulous fun evening of art?
In the comfort of my log cabin, in Hiltingbury, you are welcome to join a small group of adults to create a stunning study of a newly emerged Brimstone Butterfly, in pastels, to make you proud!
Have you started to notice butterflies emerging? Brimstone Butterflies are one of the first to appear out of their winter hibernation in Ivy. We will use soft pastels for the initial layers, and yellow pastel pencils for the details on the delicate leaf-veined wings. The children in my classes created some really effective studies this way, and I’m excited to share this experience with you now.
• No experience needed: easy step-by-step copying technique
• £40 ticket includes all art materials, your painting, tea & coffee (or feel free to bring a bottle of your fav tipple)
• Small relaxed group in cosy art cabin at 7pm for 2.5 – 3 hrs
• Fun adults’ arty night & take home a gorgeous work of art!
